Rachel Milligan, originally from Philadelphia, is a Teaching-Writing Fellow in Poetry at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and a 2013 recipient of the US Department of State Critical Language Scholarship in Chinese. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Sonora Review, Foothill: a journal of poetry, APIARY, Lyre Lyre, and Oxford Magazine. She is also a translator of contemporary Chinese poetry.
