Flores was born in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. His poetry and fiction can be found or are forthcoming in The Monarch Review, The Bilingual Review, NewBorder Anthology, Bat City Review. His short story collection Death to the Bullshit Artists of South Texas Vol. 1 is due Spring 2012.
