Mark “Boomer” Redmond is a vulgar gentleman, reformed band aid, and belletrist at large. Formerly a KLSU mainstay, the Louisiana School for Math Science and the Arts alumnus studied creative writing at LSU and is in the process of obtaining his masters at the University of New Orleans. He has been previously published in Folio, and in 2011 was the recipient of the Samuel Mockbee Award for Creative Non Fiction. He is still trying to understand this concept you humans call love.
