Paul Cunningham manages Radioactive Moat Press and edits Deluge. Additionally, he somehow functions as both a deputy editor for FANZINE and an editorial intern for Action Books. His writing has appeared in or is forthcoming in publications including LIT, Tarpaulin Sky, Similar Peaks, DIAGRAM, and Witness. He is currently a MFA candidate at the University of Notre Dame.
